Delete Your StreetNRoad Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

📱 How to Delete Your Account in the App:

1. Open the StreetNRoad app on your device

2. Go to Profile (bottom right tab)

3. Tap Settings (gear icon)

4. Select Account

5. Tap "Delete Account"

6. Confirm your decision

🗑️ What Data Is Deleted Immediately:

Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
Your saved favorites and bookmarks
Your search history within the app
Your account credentials and authentication tokens
Your app preferences and settings
Any uploaded photos or content

⏱️ Data Retention Notice:

Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. This data is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.

Anonymous analytics data (crash logs, usage patterns without personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked to your identity.

If you cannot access your account or the app, email us to request manual deletion:

Include your registered email address for verification.
We process manual deletion requests within 30 days.
